US drivers 18+ with a valid US driver's license. Under 21 limited to standard vehicles.
International drivers must be 25+ with a passport plus a valid foreign or international driving permit.
License must be a physical card (no paper temps), unexpired, issued at least 6 months ago.
Clean record — no DUI/reckless within 3 years; no more than 2 moving violations or 1 at-fault accident in 18 months.
Valid personal auto insurance with comprehensive & collision (or add our Protection Plan at pickup).
Mobile number for SMS verification + refundable $500 security hold at pickup.
Young driver fee: $50/day (18–20) or $30/day (21–24). No fee 25+.
